Following the outbreak of Covid-19, our team at No1 PHD implemented safety measures, which have allowed us to continue being there for our customers. We are adhering to Government guidelines to keep our customers and staff safe during the pandemic. Below, we have outlined the steps we have taken to maintain your safety.
Given that the virus is spread via respiratory droplets, we have made sure that every single one of our engineers is in possession of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). These include face masks and disposable gloves, of which will be worn by our engineers during every visit.
As well as wearing PPE, our engineers have been briefed on the importance of maintaining general hygiene. By following advice and guidance from The World Health Organization, we are able to carry out our work safely while preventing the spread of the virus. For your peace of mind, you should be aware that all of our engineers:
Our company has a duty of care to our employees, so we have implemented certain measures to our workplace, including enforcing the 2 metre rule. If for whatever reason it is impossible for people to be 2m apart, we have other practical measures, such as PPE, that help maintain safety. Staff have also been advised to work from home if they can.
When you contact us to book a service, a member of our team will ask if you or anyone in your household is self-isolating as a result of having Covid-19 symptoms or has been diagnosed with the virus itself. By gathering this information, we are then able to implement measures that will help us avoid contact with that person. We also require that a 2m distance is observed by everyone throughout the visit.
